Wholesale rates

You will find our rates are lower than many offering wholesale rates. Quantity discounts may be available and are normally dependant upon type and color of product in relation to similar orders in production.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required in our resident state, Texas. Therefore, all orders made by customers residing in Texas will be subject to sales tax.

How To Order

Ordering from The Wood Blinds & Shutter Factory Online has never been easier. We use our own custom shopping cart system specially designed to make ordering custom window treatments as simple as possible.

To order go to our products page and select the product your are interested in. Once you have made your selection you can then begin choosing the various options available for that product such as color, style, and height and width. After the final option is selected our system will generate a custom price quote. You now have the option of adding the item to your shopping cart or adding it your wish list for purchase at a later date. When you are finished shopping you can go to your shopping cart and check out online. You can either check out with a credit card or opt to call in your card number or mail a chaeck. You may also choose to move all items to your wish list while you think about it some more or discuss it with your spouse.

Payment Options

We can take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover both online and via fax or mail. We will also accept personal checks or money orders by mail. If you choose to pay by check your order will be held until funds clear the bank (2-10 working days).

Shopping Cart

As you select items and get prices on this web site you will have the option to place the item in your virtual shopping cart. There is no limit to the number of items that can go in your shopping cart and you never have worry about it getting to heavy or blocking the aisles! The shopping cart is smart and will keep your total for you as you continue through the web site. When you are ready to make a purchase the shopping cart will also help you check out. Your shopping cart will be emptied when you make a purchase or leave the site. Abandoned shopping carts are not retrievable. However, you can move items from your shopping cart to your wish list (see below) if you want these items to be available for purchase at a later date.

Wish List

At The Wood Blinds & Shutter Factory Online we know that it's fun to window shop (no pun intended!) and that you may not be ready to make your purchase today. You may need to discuss it with your spouse or you just might want to sleep on it. If this is the case, don't worry! Just add your items to your wish list and they will stay there for up to 30 days while you make your decision. If you already have the items in your shopping cart you have the option to move them to your wish list before you abandon the cart.

International Orders

We are sorry, due to shipping costs and complications we only ship to the continental United States.

Credit Card Billing

Your credit card is not charged real-time on the Internet. All orders are processed at one time within 24 hours after they are received except on weekends. Your credit card will be charged before your order is filled. Once your card has been successfully billed and your order verified you will be contacted. Orders may NOT be cancelled once this takes place. If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 24 hours.

When Will You Get Your Order?

You will receive your order in 10-15 days or less in some situations. All orders take 24 hours to process and approximately 4 to 5 working days to fill. Since all our products are custom made to fit YOUR windows we require at least 4-5 business days to fill your order. Orders are then shipped via UPS ground, which takes 4-6 business days depending upon your location.

Checking Order Status

To check the status of your order you will have to log in to your account. Order tracking and status information will be displayed for all your orders.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order you can log in to your account and click on "check status" if your order has shipped you will see an option to track order if tracking is available for your product. If tracking is not available (oversized orders) you will see a ship date. UPS and special freight both take 5-7 working days to arrive. Please do not call for tracking information. if there's no tracking information on the web site because that means our staff did not receive tracking information from the carrier.

Changing Your Order

Orders must be changed within 24 hours of ordering (prior to processing). If you realize that you forgot or miss measured a window and your order has not been processed you may contact us during normal business hours to make the necessary correction.

Canceling Orders

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering (prior to processing). We cannot cancel an order after it has been processed. Please do not ask us to do so. It is not possible to cancel an order when materials have been allocated and cut for YOUR windows. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns

Please remember that our products are custom made to fit YOUR windows. It is impossible for us to resell a product that has been made to your measurements, color, and/or style. It is because of this that we do not accept returns.

If you receive a product that we miss measured or miss built this would covered by our guarantee and we will replace it FREE of charge.

Refunds

Once your order has been filled we cannot issue refunds, rebates, or discounts. Please remember that our products are custom made to fit YOUR windows. It is impossible for us to resell a product that has been made to your measurements, color, and/or style.
