Your customer service is GREAT! The first 2" wood blind I ordered was defective. I called, described the problem, I could not correct it, a new blind was ordered...just like that. It was on my doorstop Christmas Eve night. What a nice Christmas present that was. THANK YOU!

You were very fast in replacing blinds damaged by shipper and I hope you were able to recover your loss from them. The blinds look great. The sales person that mans the phone was very helpful.

This was my 3rd order from your site and found that your prices were reasonable. My only gripe this time was that it did take a little longer than I was used to. May I suggest that your service department at least send a friendly e-mail reminder detail a "estimated" date for delivery? That way I can at least determine if there is a problem with my order.
