1" Wood Blinds

A great choice for windows that have narrow sills -- these wooden blinds only require a 1-1/2" surface for flush mounting and can be safely installed in as little as 3/4" mounting space.

The 2" slat is considered the "standard" size and will give a traditional look to your home. A unique feature of our 2" real wood blinds is an optional, decorative cloth tape that can cover the string ladders.

2-½" Wood Blinds

These blinds have a 25% larger slat size than a standard 2" blind. This means that when you open your blinds you will have a less obstructed view out of your window compared to other blinds.

Special Features - Standard or Routeless Build

An added benefit of the 2" and 2-1/2" blinds is that they are available in both a "standard" build with holes in the slats for the control lines and a "routeless" build with no holes in the slats which allows them to close more tightly. If you are particularly concerned about privacy, or shutting out as much light as possible, then routeless construction is the way to go.

Moisture: these blinds are best suited for low moisture areas like dens, living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. We advise customers to avoid hanging them in high moisture areas such as bathrooms and laundry rooms because natural wood has a tendency to absorb moisture.

Safety: the cords on this product conform to industry standards for child safety. The control cords are a split, loop-less design to reduce the possibilty of choking hazard for children.
